This chair was made to support my body and give my arms ample room while playing my cello. The chair's small backrest allows my arms to move freely and its wide seat fully supports my thighs while its gesture mimics my own.

It took me over a year to put this project on my website because it is visually unresolved. However, its form represents an idea that I’d like to further explore, and what this chair taught me in terms of woodworking and fabrication has been valuable.
